Foreshore performs structural and environmental condition assessments of marine/freshwater structures and habitats.

Commercial diver safety is a priority at Foreshore. All projects are performed in accordance with WorkSafe BC commercial diving guidelines. All scuba diving treams have a minimum of 3 personel.

Marine and structural inspections have been performed locally in the lower mainland (Vancouver, Canada), along coastal British Columbia, and internationally from Australia to the United States. Our commercial diver / structural inspection services are accepted world wide for a variety of applications.

In addition to commercial divers, Foreshore has a number of Registered Professional Biologists on staff able to review habitat related projects.

The commercial divers and biologists at Foreshore are also trained in regulatory processes such as obtaining Section 35 Authorizations from the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, obtaining Navigable Water Permits, Local Government Development Permit approvals, sediment sampling for contaminants, and an array of other services. This knowledge is useful in performing commercial diving and has allowed Foreshore to make informed decisions while performing a site inspection or underwater investigation. A commercial diver with experience in regulatory processes will ensure the correct information is collected at the site saving time and money.
