Necessary Investigations and Applications

Construction of a dock structure with a wharf, gangway and float requires approval in British Columbia. Balanced obtains those approvals by performing the necessary habitat investigations followed by preparation of the appropriate application.

This includes surveying the site and drafting drawings of the proposed structures and water lots. Balanced has a team of biologist divers that have over 30 yeras of combined experience in performing field investigations.
